Building Databases with Access 2003 (Basic Level)

Access is a powerful database program used to store all kinds of information - from a list of contacts to an inventory. Access stores your information in tables and then allows you to go through your information quickly to find what your looking for. Forms are also given a new look now that they can support themes from Access 2003.

Participants will learn how to plan and design databases using Access 2003. Setup tables, import data from Excel spreadsheet, create queries for data retrieval, create simple forms for data access, and generate reports. At the end of the course, participant will create a switchboard so that information can be retrieved easily by the end user.
